VENICE . MESTRE - The “ Le Barche” Apartments are conveniently situated in the Historical Centre of Venice Mestre, (inland Venice) in the characteristic Medieval area, very close to the most important places (Clock Tower, Theatres, markets, Cultural Center Candiani etc.). They are located in the heart of the town, near the elegant Piazza Ferretto that is surrounded by the business area, banks, offices, university and schools, bars, pubs and restaurants, internet point, boutiques and shops that can satisfy any kind of necessities and expectations. The Apartments are located in a completely restored typical ancient building. Each unit can accommodate 3-4 people. Each apartment is very well lighted and composed by: a small hallway, a very spacious and bright living room with a sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and washing machine, one bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with shower. Independent air conditioned and heating. Thanks to the good connection of busses and taxi the apartments can be reached easily and quickly from the Marco Polo Airport or from the Mestre Railway Station; moreover the guests can get to Venice in only 10 minutes by public busses. Besides it’s a good departure point for any excursion to Brenta Riviera and the most important cities of art of Veneto Region. The quite position is an ideal opportunity for everyone is looking for relax.
RATES: one week (7 nights , 2 people) from €. 350,00 to €. 650,00
SERVICES included: all taxes, water, electricity, gas, air conditioning and heating, 24h assistance line for any request. Services upon request: extra room cleaning at €. 50,00 per day, breakfast kit at €. 10,00 per person, extra linen €. 15,00 per person, private transfer from/to the airport or train station: extra charge. VIP Welcome Kit (flowers or gift, wine, toiletries: soap, shampoo, etc) extra charge.
RESERVATION: a 30% deposit is required at the moment of the reservation (non refundable in case of cancellation or modification). The balance of the stay will be paid at the arrival day. To reserve, we need a credit card detail with your authorization. Charge for the cleaning service at the departure: € 50,00. Check-in time: 2.00 PM, Check-out: 12.00 PM. After 8.00 PM there will be an extra charge of €. 50,00.
