WorldProperties.com Registration FAQs:
Why do I have to register to access certain areas on WorldProperties.com?
The ICREA Member Center on the WorldProperties.com site can be accessed only by agents and real estate professionals that
are members of a National Member Association that belongs to ICREA (International Consortium of Real Estate Associations).
We require all members to register the first time they access the ICREA Member Center section, so we can validate your
membership. After initial registration, for subsequent visits you can access the Members Center section via your login ID
and password.
I have an active membership with my association, so why am I unable to access the ICREA Member Center?
First, please confirm that your National Member Association is a member of ICREA (International Consortium of Real Estate
Professionals). Only member constituents of National Member Associations that belong to ICREA can access the ICREA Member
Center. If your association is a member, please confirm that you have registered on the site. You can register on the site
from the ICREA Member Center introduction page. Please confirm the Member ID, your National Member Association should have
supplied this to you. If you are still experiencing difficulty accessing the private site, please contact your National
Member Association.
I just joined my National Member Association, how can I access the ICREA Member Center?
Contact your National Member Association to obtain your Member ID. Once you have your Member ID, you can register on the
ICREA Member Center. You will be asked to provide that ID during the registration process.
I've tried to log in to the ICREA Member Center from http://www.worldproperties.com, but I don't remember my password or
it is not accepting what I think my ID and password should be. How can I find out what my password is?
On the log in screen beneath the 'Submit' button, there is a link to 'Forget your password?' Please click on this link,
this will take you to a screen where you will be requested to choose a new password, and enter your email address. Once you
have entered this information, you will see a screen confirming receipt of your request. An email will be sent to your
email address listed on Worldproperties.com confirming your request for a new password within a few minutes of your request.
Can my assistant log in for me to use the Agent web site features?
You may choose to have your assistant, spouse, relative, or other designee manage your account for you, by providing them
with your login information. Your password should be kept confidential to maintain the integrity of your account-it is up
to you to determine with whom you share that information. WorldProperties.com, Inc. cannot be held liable if you choose to
share your account information with someone else.
Will the entire website be translated? Will there be additional languages available?
At present, we are limiting translation to registration and related areas. We will monitor site usage and expand
translation as necessary. Additional languages will be added based on business needs and requirements.
My Member Profile in the Member Directory is incorrect, how do I correct my information?
Log into the ICREA Member Center and select the Manage Profile link. The Manage Profile section will allow you to update
your directory information as well as add your personal photo and company logo.
What is the Distinctive Property Service? When will it be available?
This exciting new service will allow you to advertise your Distinctive Property on www.worldproperties.com, where it will
reach an International audience of local and international consumers searching for a home. You will be able to target your
property by including specific features, as well as add photographs and custom description to attract the right customer for
your property. You will also be able to promote yourself with a picture and contact information. With our efficient and
comprehensive search functionality you and our property advertisement will be easier to reach on the web; and via our
National Member Association sites, you will have international exposure in an instant.
How soon will I be able to purchase an advertisement on the Distinctive Property Service?
