Argentina - Collectively, the Chamber of Horizontal Properties and Real Estate Activities (CAPHYAI)
and Colegio de Martilleros y Corredores Públicos (CMCPSI)
represent Argentina's real estate community within ICREA. Founded in 1951 and 1965, respectively, these two groups represent
approximately 2,000 leading real estate professionals in Argentina, many of which serve the Buenos Aires region, the country's
largest market. The organizations offer a variety of member services with the Colegio having a particular emphasis on training
and education, as this group also serves as the licensing body for the industry. The two organizations work with a private MLS/property advertising company call SOM.
Established in 1982, SOM (www.som.com.ar), is the leading property advertising site.

Brazil - SECOVI and FENACI: The SECOVI and FENACI represent Brazil Real Estate Community within ICREA.
Founded in 1946, SECOVI represents approximately 14,000 real estate companies and 30,000 residential, comercial and mixed condominiums
in São Paulo. Founded in 1986, FENACI represents approximately 150,000 real estate professionals in Brazil. SECOVI and FENACI promotes quality,
expertise and integrity in the Brazilian real estate industry, and also, protect and promotes the general interests of real estate
industry by providing real estate related products and services to members and public.

Canada - Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA):
CREA represents 66,000 real estate brokers/agents and salespeople working
through 123 real estate boards and associations. CREA represents its members at
the federal level and acts as a watchdog on national legislation pertaining to
the real estate industry.

Costa Rica - Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR): The mission of the
Costa Rica Global Association of Real Estate (CRGAR) is to promote professionalism, education and ethics
of the real estate industry in Costa Rica; to meet the business and political needs of our members; to unite those engaged
in the real estate profession for the purpose of exerting a beneficial influence upon the profession and related interests;
and to bring more buyers and sellers together and provide them with the right tools, making the process of buying or selling
a property easier and faster.

Czech Republic - Association of the Real Estate Offices of the
Czech Republichas (ARK CR): ARK CR represents
approximately 1,000 professionals throughout the Czech Republic on matters of
professional interests before state and other authorities. It works to promote
the professional growth of real estate agency employees in order to increase
the level of service provided to consumers in the purchase, sale or exchange of
real estate.

Denmark - Dansk Ejendomsmæglerforening (DE):
DE represents 2,200 estate agents, which is approximately 95% of all practicing
estate agents in Denmark, and works to safeguard its member's business
interests.

Finland - Kiinteistönvälitysalan Keskusliitto ry (KVKL):
The Central Federation of Finnish Real Estate Agencies (KVKL) was founded in 2008.
The organization covers whole Finland. Currently KVKL represent about 3200 real estate agents and about
75 % of the total number of real estate agents in Finland. The members of KVKL represent also over 75 % of
the housing sales made by real estate agents in the country.

France - Fédération Nationale de I'Immobilier (FNAIM):
Organized in 1946, FNAIM brings together 8,000 agencies representing 37,000
real estate experts in the property sale, management expertise, and consultancy
sectors.

Greece - Hellenic Association of Realtors (HAR):
HAR was formed in 1999 by a group of leading Greek real estate agencies as the
only national real estate body. Based in Athens, it has sub-quarters in the
high population areas of Greece and on most of the larger islands.

Hungary - MAGYAR INGATLANSZÖVOVETSÉG (MAISZ):
organizes and holds together members who deal with real estate trade, agency, development, maintenance,
evaluation, property and business evaluation and financial analysis of real estates.
The Association promotes the free ventures and enhances the good reputation of the profession.
The Association follows with attention, takes sides and participates in legislative works affecting the
activity of the members. The Association works together with other professional organizations within
cooperation agreements. It has continuous connection with governmental organizations. It works out and
maintains the professional ethics standards. The Association assists the members to develop their
professional standards, external relations and business activities. It acts as a professional PR
organization. The Association was established by 21 real estate companies in 1991
(founding name: Chamber of Hungarian Real Estate Traders).

India - National Association of Realtors - India (NAR-INDIA):
NAR-INDIA is a registered non-profit organization, championing the cause of the Indian real estate industry.
It is the umbrella organization representing real estate brokers and agents working through many local city association boards.
NAR-INDIA represents its members and acts as the National Voice for Realtors in India.

Ireland - Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI):
IAVI represents over 1,550 real estate agents and auctioneers in Ireland. Over
85% of property transactions in Ireland are conducted by an IAVI member.

Italy - Italian Federation of Real Estate Agents (FIAIP):
FIAIP is composed solely of real estate agents, numbering approximately 8,000
members spread throughout Italy in 20 regions.

Latvia - Latvijas Nekustamo Îpašumu Asociâcija (LANIDA):
The Latvian Real Estate Association was founded in 1994. It is an independent
Public Organization that unites Real Estate Specialists. Within its Members at
present there are the well-known Real Estate Companies of Latvia that have
proved themselves in the Real Estate Market during a long period of time.
LANIDA is always open for professionals that have a desire to work honestly and
to comply in their work with the Association’s Code of Ethics and the Practice
Standards.

Mexico - Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals
(AMPI): AMPI is the largest real estate association
in Mexico, with more than 1,000 members and represents 10,000 practitioners,
including appraisers, developers, councilors and brokers, who are subject to
AMPI's code of ethics.

The Netherlands - Nederlandse Vereniging van Makelaars (NVM):
NVM is the foremost professional real estate association in the Netherlands.
With a membership of over 3,500, NVM covers some 60% of the total Dutch
property market.

New Zealand - Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ):
REINZ promotes quality, expertise and integrity in the real estate profession,
and protects and promotes the general interests of the real estate industry, by
providing real estate related products and services to members and the public.

Norway - Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents (NEF):
NEF is a professional association of persons holding an Estate Agent's
Certificate. With a membership of 1,150, NEF represents close to 100% of
practicing Norwegian estate agents.

Poland - Polish Real Estate Federation (PREF):
PREF is a professional organization that incorporates 27 regional associations
with approximately 1,500 members, who are real estate and property management
professionals or academics and real estate councilors.

Portugal - Associação dos Profissionais das Empresas de
Mediação Imobiliária de Portugal (APEMIP): Founded
in 1978, APEMIP is the leading real estate association in Portugal,
representing approximately 3,400 real estate companies, which account for 95% of all licensed real estate
professionals in Portugal. These professionals are all involved in brokerage
and handle a majority of all residential real estate transactions nationwide,around 65% of the companies
members also handle commercial transactions.

Russia - Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR):
RGR is the largest national association of real estate professionals, uniting
brokers, developers, appraisers, financiers, insurers, mortgage experts,
consultants, and property managers in all regions of Russia.

South Africa - The Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa
(IEASA): The IEASA is organised into autonomous regional institutes, co-ordinated by a national office.
IEASA National, established in 1937, consists of a board and three advisory councils (past presidents, corporate groups,
and regional representatives),
supported by a head office based in Cape Town.

Spain - Asociacion Empresarial de Gestion Inmobiliaria (AEGI):
AEGI was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Madrid. Its membership is
comprised of more than 80 major real estate firms and franchises and,
representing 8,000 professionals throughout Spain.

Sweden - Mäklarsamfundet (Association of Swedish Real Estate
Agents): Mäklarsamfundet is Sweden's trade
organization for professional estate agents. Established in 1919, the
Association aims at developing and ameliorating the estate agency service by
service, education and authorization of individual estate agents.

Thailand - Real Estate Sales And Marketing Association (RESAM) and Real Estate Broker Association (REBA):
The Real Estate Sales and Market Association of Thailand was founded in 2007, and it represents 21 Directors, 49 Ordinary Members, and 25 Extraordinary Members. The Association’s objectives include: promotion of members’ business; research and dissemination of trade news; promotion of industry standardization; providing marketing advice and information; coordination with government institutions; and organizing training.
The Real Estate Broker Association (REBA) was founded in 1994. It represents more than 120 ordinary professional real estate brokers as ordinary members, and over 100 independent realtors as extraordinary members nationwide; all of whom are bound by a code of practice and adhere to professional rules of conduct.

Ukraine - Ukrainian Realtors Association (URA):
The Ukrainian Realtors Association, a public, non-commercial organization, has been representing real estate professionals in 25 regions of Ukraine since 1995. URA's professional community reflects interests of economic development not only in the Ukrainian real estate market, but in the country as a whole.

United Kingdom - National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA):
NAEA is dedicated to professionalism within estate agency and represents 10,000
agents nationwide who are bound by a vigorously enforced Code of Practice and
adhere to professional Rules of Conduct.

United States - National Association of REALTORS® (NAR):
NAR is the nation's largest trade organization, representing more than 1
million individual real estate professionals engaged in all aspects of the real
estate industry.
